- I have been interested in computing for the last 30 years. I regret I was never in an environment surrounded by other computer users with whom I could exchange skills and learn. I have happily taught friends the basics on Windows and Macs. But when I ask my son haw he did something he will do the various key strokes. When asked to repeat he does, but when asked to repeat again the answer is ‘Oh Dad!’ So I feel my position is now continually behind the drag curve and the more I try to catch up I find the crest of the wave is always a bit further away! I hope that joining this group I can find a guru when needed and learn from topics under discussion.

Welcome to the group, Ben.
The computer world never stands still, and we all feel we're getting left behind at times. But we all help each other in this group. That's exactly what our drop-in sessions on Zoom are for.
Hope to see you on-screen in the not too distant future.

Welcome to our group Ben. Let’s hope that you find members have a bit more patience than your son 😀
the bad news is that just when you think you have caught up and learned most things, a new version appears and you rejoin the learning curve. It sounds as though you might also have a wealth of knowledge that members can benefit from
